Girder Group is a Kingston-based software delivery firm for teams that need a technical partner to own complex work from discovery through post-launch support. We are intentionally small, senior-led, and focused on work where accountability matters.
Enterprise and growth-stage teams engage us for platform builds, legacy modernisation, integrations, and delivery leadership gaps. Our operating model is simple: make the risks visible, make the scope explicit, and keep the engineers close to the client.
We also build software we operate ourselves. Our flagship in-house product is Catalyst, an operations platform purpose-built for software consulting companies, centralising sales, delivery, finance, and client management in one multi-tenant SaaS platform.
