Acceptable Use
You agree to use this website solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not: violate any applicable law or regulation; upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or compromise the security of the website or our systems; use automated means such as bots or scrapers to access the website or extract data without our prior written consent; reverse engineer or decompile any part of the website; or impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.

Confidentiality and Communication Security

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our prior written consent; Girder Group may assign these terms freely in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable MSA or SOW, constitute the entire agreement between you and Girder Group regarding the website, and no joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship is created by your use of it.

Girder Group reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
