Data shared in the context of a client engagement is governed by the applicable Master Service Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and correspondence for a period of up to 24 months, after which they are deleted from our systems unless an ongoing engagement requires longer retention. Career applications are retained for 12 months and then securely deleted unless you are hired, in which case your data is transferred to our HR records.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our website uses HTTPS encryption. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-Party Services
Our website is hosted on Vercel. Submission data may pass through their infrastructure. We use standard email services for correspondence. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking pixels on this website.
