Design complex enterprise products from discovery through to production. You work closely with engineering and own the full design process.

Responsibilities
- Own design from discovery workshops through to production handoff
- Build and maintain design systems for client platforms and Girder
- Collaborate with engineers throughout implementation
- Run user research and usability testing on enterprise interfaces
Requirements
- 4+ years designing complex software products
- Strong Figma skills including components and auto-layout
- Experience with enterprise / B2B product design
- Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, not just visual polish
