Responsibilities
- Lead architecture decisions across multiple concurrent client projects
- Set and enforce engineering standards across the team
- Serve as the senior technical point of contact for clients
- Own delivery timelines, escalations, and risk management
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering, with 3+ in a leadership capacity
- Experience running multi-project delivery simultaneously
- Strong architectural judgment across the full stack
- Based in or willing to relocate to Kingston, Jamaica
